Exploration On The Development Of Community Volunteer Service Based On Community Empowerment Mode

In the special period of social transformation,with the transfer of government functions and the innovative development of community governance mode,the community as the social basic unit gets more space for independent development.In this context,social work and community volunteer service have gradually developed and become an important force in promoting innovative community governance.The community service mode of " interaction of social workers and volunteers" is being explored in various regions.Community volunteer service has been further developed,but there is still lacking of autonomy,insufficient participation of local residents,and specialty.Based on these difficulties,community workers need to learn more from community work practices and experience to promote the level of community volunteer service.Aiming at the problems in community volunteer service,taking H community in Foshan as an example to highlight the role and value of volunteer service in community development.Exploring the possible path of volunteer service development from the perspective of community development,and providing possible experience exploration and reference for social workers to explore the development mode of community volunteer service.First of all,based on the goals,theories and strategy of community volunteer service leading by community development mode,summes up the revelation for the development of volunteer service,such as giving full play to the role of community residents,the role of community culture and the support of community assets,and build a community of mutual benefit.Second,describing the community e project of H community and the development of the community volunteer service.Summing up the methods of social workers to promote the development of community volunteer service according to build on the basis of the residents to participate in the community,to foster community organizations,activation of the community to support the characteristics of assets,from mobilization of community residents to participate in,to foster community volunteer organizations and community service platform.Finally,based on the case,putting forward the path of social work to promote the development of community volunteer service,which is to explore the form of community volunteer service with the element of community culture.Building community support platform with community assetsas support;To inspire the awareness of community residents to participate in community;With the help of community capacity building,we can improve the capacity of volunteer service,and make the community volunteer service show new connotation,and develop in the direction of multiple participation,resource sharing,mutual benefit and specialization.
