Research On Long-term Mechanism Of Social Work Training Community Volunteer Service

In the new period,the main social contradictions have been transformed into the contradictions between the people's increasing needs for a better life and imbalanced and inadequate development,makes the refinement of social governance became the meaning of the topic.Today,it is increasingly diversified in various aspects such as lifestyle,ideas,and demands.On the one hand,residents in the community have a more positive attitude towards the needs of vital interests such as whether the community's living infrastructure is complete,a sense of living experience,legal demands,and the timeliness of problem resolution.Therefore,the needs of community residents as direct benefit recipients for the improvement of happy living indicators and a sense of community belonging require social work organizations and volunteer teams to enter the community to meet their interests and improve the quality of life.On the other hand,the trend of localization of social work specialty requires and supports the advancement of party and government policies in the context of the era of innovative social governance,prompting social work with professional advantages to support the review of the current status of community volunteers.Cultivation of community volunteers,so as to improve the long-term mechanism of voluntary service,tend to be normal,professional and long-term.The cooperative service of social workers and volunteers is itself an important part of social governance innovation and an important way to participate in social governance.This also provides a realistic basis for the long-term research on social work to cultivate community volunteer services.The article has five parts.The first part is the introduction,First,the background was analyzed,summarized the implications of the current macro background of social governance,proposed to support cooperation for social work and career grass-roots volunteer policy on the height of cohabitation.The meaning of the significance of the research is expounded.Secondly,the concepts mentioned in the article are explained.Finally,the research methods of the article are discussed.The author mainly adopts a research method combining questionnaire survey,literature research method and interview method,and participation observation method to collect and research the data required for the paper.The second part first explains the theoretical perspective on which the article is based,including the theory of demand hierarchy,role theory,and advantage perspective.Secondly,it summarizes the research literature on social work training volunteers at home and abroad,including the value narration of social work training volunteers,research on volunteer capacity building practices,and previous studies on the long-term mechanism of maintaining volunteer service by scholars.The third part discusses and analyzes the basic situation of the S community and the social work organization where the author is located,and the current status of volunteers in the community.Secondly,the reasons for the lack of long-term effectiveness of community volunteer services were analyzed from individual volunteers,social work agencies and top-level design.Finally,it explains how it is possible and necessary to cultivate volunteers for Social work.The fourth part introduces the background of the volunteer training project design of Social work institutions and the specific intervention plan,including the preparatory work in the early stage,the intervention process in the middle stage,the evaluation analysis in the later stage,and the analysis of the role of social workers in each stage.In the fifth part,the advantages and disadvantages of community volunteer training in social work are explained.Finally,from the perspective of social work,suggestions of micro,meso and macro levels are used to promote the normalization and long-term effect of volunteer services.
