Practical Exploration On The Cultivation Of Community Volunteer Team

In recent years,with the gradual development of China's economy and society,social problems have become more and more complex.The government has paid more and more attention to community grass-roots organizations,and community volunteers have become an important part of community service.At present,community volunteers have played a great role in carrying out voluntary service,building civilized cities and promoting community harmony.However,the development degree of community volunteers in most areas of China is relatively low,and there are still many shortcomings: for example,the structure of community volunteers is single,the quality level of community volunteers is low,the community volunteers are unstable,the enthusiasm of community volunteers to participate in activities is not high,and the management system of community volunteers is not perfect.Therefore,the cultivation of community volunteers has become an important task in social workers' work.During the internship of D community in Shenzhen,I was mainly responsible for the social work service in the field of community volunteers.In the community research,I know the status of the D community volunteers,such as the low level of the quality of the community volunteers,the instability of the participants,and the imperfect management system of the community volunteers.Therefore,the author takes the community transportation volunteers as an example and investigates and analyzes the current situation and problems of D community volunteers by means of field research.Under the guidance of the theory of empowerment and energy enhancement,volunteer training and group activities have been developed to improve volunteer service,and the enthusiasm for volunteer volunteer service has been promoted,and a set of rational mechanism of community volunteer management and development has been formed.Through the summary and reflection of the practical process,it is found that the quality level of the community volunteers has been improved,and a set of reasonable incentive mechanism and management mechanism for community volunteers is also formed.However,there are still some problems in the process of cultivation.I also put forward some relevant suggestions from the perspective of social workers.
