Trial openness is one of the modern judicial principles,in some major cases,the attention of the public is so hot that the court space cannot meet the needs of the trial.The using of modern technology to live the trial,is to promote the judicial open,which is the key step to improve the credibility of the judiciary.The court trial live broadcast is the combination of the demand of judicial openness and modern scientific and technological means.With the development of communication technology,the trial broadcast has become a new trend of judicial open.Through the study,I found that the court trial live broadcast has the function of public opinion supervision,but also we should pay attention to the public attention of the trial live broadcast is not high,the ordinary audience of the trial live broadcast lack of interactivity and participation in the persistence,occasionally sensitive cases appear negative public opinion.Criminal procedure has always been the focus of the media and public opinion,it not only relates to the public right to know,but also relates to the protection of human rights of litigants.In the new media era,various public authorities have made a variety of efforts to deal with public opinion concerns,including active response and control of the initiative is indeed one of the effective measures.From 2013 to 2017,this paper focuses on the analysis of the different public opinion situations of the court hearing in three criminal cases with extremely high social attention,such as the " Fast Broadcasting case" in Bo Xilai case and " Yu Huan case",as well as the attitude of the general public to the court hearing live broadcasting,through analyzing the public opinion function and public opinion risk of the existing court hearing live broadcasting...
