Research On Present Situation Analysis And Countermeasures Of Public Sentiment In Politics And Legal Under The New Media Environment

The political and legal work is so sensitive and highly social concern that it has always been the focus of attention of the public.For a long time,due to the special nature of the work,public sentiment guidance has not received enough attention.In particular,under the new media environment,a series of negative public sentiments caused by improper handling and it has brought some negative impact on the political and legal work.Even there have been some undesirable social phenomena such as hatred against the police in society.The study of this article is based on the extreme importance of guidance work in politics and public sentiment,the characteristics of the new media era,and author’s work practices.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the 100 classic cases(27 positive and 73 negative cases)affecting Chinese rule of law in the past five years,a series of conclusions are drawn and some countermeasures are proposed.The related concepts and theoretical bases are analyzed and discriminated.The article makes a comprehensive analysis of the concept,elements,and characteristics of formation and evolution of the public opinion in politics and law.It summarizes the concept and characteristics of the public opinion.Based on this,the related theory of the public opinion in politics and law are analyzed.Meanwhile,the concept,characteristics and feature in the period of the new media are reviewed.New media brings serious challenges to political and legal work as well as rare opportunities for development.Based on 100 classic cases,the paper analyzes the basic characteristics of public sentiment in terms of time,region,type,and system.Moreover,From the four dimensions of media communication,netizen groups,communication effects,and circle-level relations,the characteristics of current public sentiment in politics and law are analyzed.And then,the characteristics of public sentiment of politics and law are fully understood.The current situation and risk analysis of political and legal organizations in dealing with the public opinion of politics and law.Combining with the actual practice of political and legal work,the reasons for the appearance of public sentiment and the risks faced by political and legal work are analyzed.Then it analyzes and summarizes the main practices of the public sentiment in politics and law and the problems existing in the disposal process.Although political and public sentiment guidance work gradually adapts to the media environment under the conditions of new media,the quality and effectiveness of the countermeasures have been greatly improved,but there are still many problems and face greater risks.The countermeasures to improve the guidance of political and public sentiments are proposed from five aspects.The key to responding to the public sentiment of politics and law is the ideology and concept.The spread of positive energy and the reduction of negative effects are the focus and difficulty of work.It is necessary to strengthen the management of political and legal personnel,further standardize the administration of justice,and enhance judicial credibility.These are the fundamental measures for the department of politics and law to reduce the negative effect.
