| The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the "Strategy for Strengthening the Country on the Internet",in which the governance of Internet public sentiment is an important part of the strategy,and it is also an important work for the county-level government to conduct social management.At present,the construction of county-level financial media in various parts of our country is underway.Under the background of this era,Internet public sentiment shows more inducing factors and high suddenness,fast transmission speed,high interaction of participants,and continuous and distributed influence.Such strong distinguishing features have to a certain extent become some practical factors that affect the progress and improvement of the county-level government’s network public sentiment governance work.This article on the research background and significance,on the basis of clear media convergence theory,crisis management theory and the agenda-setting theory,the overview of induction media,the government at the county level and the concepts of network public sentiment,combined with relevant research results both at home and abroad,and summarizes the melt under the media age the network public sentiment characteristics of county government,In recent years,county governments generally attach importance to the diversified public opinion expression under the environment of financial media,actively use financial media to guide online public opinion,and try to promote the extension of public sentiment governance to the grass-roots level.A series of positive explorations have been made to optimize the network public sentiment governance.At the same time,this thesis found that many county-level governments also have problems in dealing with online public sentiment,such as not timely discovering the signs of public sentiment,not matching the speed of emergency disposal and the fermentation speed of public sentiment,the recurrence of the dilution period of public sentiment fluctuations,and the lack of guidance for daily public sentiment in the county.The main reasons for these problems are the low ability of online public sentiment monitoring,research and early warning,the unsound emergency response mechanism of online public sentiment,the need to improve the accountability and tracking feedback of online public sentiment,and the lack of daily positive interaction and communication with the public.Under the current situation,county-level financial media platforms play an important role in integrating county-level media resources,consolidating the mainstream positions of public sentiment and improving the ability of public sentiment guidance,which has become an important measure for county-level governments to deal with online public sentiment.So this thesis argues that,in our country advocates harmony at the county level of the construction of the media environment,in order to optimize the network public sentiment management work,the county government should actively introduce advanced technology,cultivating professional talents,improve the government personnel crisis consciousness and the ability to use media,improve the emergency mechanism,further speed up the county financial media platform construction,optimizing content production platform,We will strengthen daily positive interactions with the public to improve our ability to manage online public sentiment and maintain and enhance the credibility of the government. |
