Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Police Dog Technology In Response To The Group Incidents

In recent years,Chinese society is in a stage which group conflicts are rising.Every year the group incidents are up to tens of thousands.Especially,they play an indispensable role in the prevention and disposal of sudden mass events.Police dog technology plays an important role in the public security practical department.It is a worthy study how to use police dog technology to prevent,solve all types of group incidents and maintain society situation.At present,the police dog technique disposal methods,countermeasures of mass incidents and legal research in domestic is still in the blank.Through the analysis of its connotation,concept and characteristics,this article discusses that policemen and Police dogs how to establish sound mechanisms for prevention and disposal to deal with group events.As a part of the public security organs,the police dog technology has its unique profession.This report discusses how to guide the reality of public security work,standardize law enforcement and handle emergencies procedures with the police dog technology.Through the analysis of mass incidents,the police dog technology,sheep theory,and broken window theory can be used closely.This report will further discuss and recognize on the use of law enforcement standardization construction,police dogs to deal with unexpected events,and police dog disposal group events.To sum up,the main contents studied in this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,from the angle of the public security organs,dealing with group events is defined and classified.At the same time,the patrol-dog technology is briefly introduced,and we provide some theories,on the basis of the disposal of group events.(2)On the utilization of patrol-dog technology,this paper makes analysis of the current situation of group conflict.(3)Dogs used to group conflict technology present situation investigation and analysis.Aimed at the status quo,made a risk analysis,and put forward the police dog problems existing in the disposal of group events.(4)We put forward plans in the disposal of group events.Because of confidentiality and other reasons,the topic of this chapter makes some changes,hiding the plan ratio of staff and some related configuration.
