The Countermeasure And Practical Analysis Of Current Rural Group Events

Modern society is in the transition period of modernization and reform as well as open-up, which not only needs to continue to perfect the transition from rural society to industrial society and even to post-industry society, but also needs to meet with the social transformation from previous planned economy-cored mechanism to market economy-cored mechanism. During this period, economy system, administrative system, social relations mechanism and culture as well as ideology are all amidst inheriting, perfecting and renewing. The tremendous changes from economic basis to superstructure inevitably arouse the body's subjective idea, and cause diverse contradictions to transform, to intensify and even to antagonize.Current rural group events are the embodiment of many contradictions and conflicts in the transition period, while their frequent happenings and the negative effects have been a prominent problem which influences social stability. Hence the practical and realistic study on this problem undoubtedly has great significance to social stability, reform and development. This paper has three chapters:Chapter one generalizes current rural group events. First, its definition, quality and different kinds are revealed, then, it talks about the characteristic and dangers.Chapter two analyses the causes of current rural group events from many aspects. First, its direct causes, in other words, its fuses are talked about. Then, it reveals the profound institutional causes, in other words, the institution hasn't provided effective mechanism for expressing interest, governing and controlling system, security system, crisis management mechanism and so on. Finally, this chapter makes out a general analysis about the causes above, and points out the dominant role of the government.Chapter three deals with the countermeasure of current rural group events. First, rational attention should be paid to the problem. Then, the adjustment of rural interest structure, of the peasant's political participating mechanism, of the rural governing system, and the construction of the rural crisis tackling mechanism, of the rural ideology and so on should be done to effectively tackle this problem.
