Research On Open Community Governance In The Yangtze River Deltaarea

Community is the basic unit of society.Open community is a special kind of community,and open community governance is different from the general community governance.In view of the existing problems in the open community governance,the key reason lies in the choice and optimization of governance style.Therefore,in the process of open community governance,how to choose the appropriate governance style,and promote the open community governance better,is worth thinking deeply by the academic circles and the grass-roots social management department.This article mainly uses the typical case contrast analysis method to carry on the research.It selects three typical open communities in the Yangtze River Delta area-Shanghai Thames Town,Zhejiang Rainbow Community and Jiangsu Xuri community,including two open community types-newly-built community in this century and old community built in the last century as case studies,to explore the characteristics of community governance mode of the three communities,and tries to put forward the ideal the future governance type of open community in Yangtze River delta.This article firstly analyzes the choice motivation of open community governance and the influence of the transformation of local government function and social management system;secondly from the unique perspective of the Yangtze River Delta area,analyzes the general characteristics of the open community governance in Yangtze River Delta area and its comparative characteristics with open community governance of the Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area;then cuts from the historical background,space layout,organization structure,operation of the power,analyzes layer by layer,obtains that the Thames Town Governance is adaptive governance type,Rainbow Community Governance is resultant force governance type,Xuri Community Governance is a passive way of governance under the leadership of the administration,and comparatively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these three different types of governance and challenges they are facing.On this basis,this article puts forward the future conception of open community governance in Yangtze River Delta area,and concretely analyzes the future open community governance conception in Yangtze River Delta are-connotation of inclusive governance thought,from the three aspects of "tolerance to the oldopen community in the old age and for the newly-built open community in the new era","cross regional,cross community and inter organizational inclusion of governance process" and "the direction and configuration of power operation tolerance".
