The Design Method Of Human View And Its Application In The Operation Planning

With the fast developing of the network centric warfare and the integrated operations,the operational capability based on information system has become the key factor to win the war.Thus,the operational capability depends on the human factors in the system,and requires the deep integration of human,systems and the weapons.Based on the operational mission,this paper focuses on the human factors in the combat system,regards the “activity”,“capability”,“role” and “process” as the basic objects,and studies the following contents,aming to answer the questions of which activities to be done,which capabilities to support the activities,who completes the activities and how to take actions.(1)Around the human factors in the combat system,propose the concept of human view and the human view productsAccording to the human factors in the combat system,including human capability,role,function of role,the relationships between roles and combat organization process,the paper defines the concept of human and the human view,designs the human products and their elements,and develops the designing process among the products.(2)Put forward the design method of the human view productFrom the aspects of the purpose,elements,relationship among elements and description of the human view products,the paper proposes the design method for the products.(3)Make a typical application of human view in practiceIn order to analyze the typical application of the human view in the operation planning,the paper builds the combination of the product and the planning process and designs the human view products in every stage of the operation planning.(4)Case studyThe paper takes the attack of the air force to the ground as a case study and designs the human view products in the attack planning.The case verifies the design method proposed in the paper.
