Village Renovation Planning And Design Based On Human Settlement Sciences

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's social economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization,the level of urban construction is constantly improving,and the living environment is also constantly optimizing.However,due to the influence and limitation of economic development level,spiritual and cultural development level and other factors,the living environment in rural areas has not been significantly improved.The gap of human settlements between urban areas and rural areas began to highlight.However,both urban and rural residents are eager for a better life,and there is no essential difference in their yearning and pursuit for a better living environment.How to create a good living environment and let rural residents enjoy the same dividend of social development has become an important issue in the process of village renovation planning.Therefore,based on the interpretation of the scientific concept and structure system of human settlements,and the combing and research of the practical cases of village renovation planning under the guidance of domestic human settlements scientific theory,this paper designs the village renovation planning scheme of Mengjiazhuang with reference to the experience and insufficiency.And completed the following work:(1)Based on the existing research results in the field of academic research,this paper analyzes the problems related to village renovation planning and human settlements science,and clarifies the guiding significance of human settlements science to village renovation planning.And based on the relevant practical case study,the focus of village renovation planning under the guidance of the scientific theory of human settlements is determined.(2)Based on the five systems of human settlements science,this paper investigates the current situation of human settlements in Menjiazhuang village,Xintai City.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the five aspects of natural system,social system,residential system,human system and support system in Mengjiazhuang village of Xintai City: natural system level: development and protection need to be strengthened;social system level:industrial structure is too single to produce greater economic benefits;residential system level:Building quality,architectural style and features are uneven,and color luck The living environment needs to be improved due to the lack of coordination and unity of use;the human system level: the public activity space is less,and lack of humanized design;the supporting system level: the overall situation of public service facilities is relatively ideal.The infrastructure is obviously not perfect,lack of water supply,drainage,sewage treatmentfacilities,Non Hardened ditches,low utilization rate of garbage pool,poor hardening quality of formation Road,lack of disaster prevention and mitigation facilities.(3)Based on the five systems of human settlements science,this paper designs the village renovation plan of Menjiazhuang village.From the perspective of human settlements science,the overall idea,village positioning and village scale of the village renovation planning of Menjiazhuang village in Xintai City are determined.From five aspects of natural system,social system,living system,human system and supporting system,the paper designs the village renovation planning of Menjiazhuang village,and puts forward corresponding village renovation planning measures and suggestions.
