The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of The City Party Building Of Non-public Economic Organizations Work Under The New Situation

The organizational development of the Chinese Communist Party is an important political guarantee for great achievement in China's modernization.It is also one of the three magic weapons to defeat the enemies in the revolution.With the deepening of the reform and opening-up,non-public economy develops rapidly and becomes an important component of the socialist market economy in our country.The development of the non-public sectors of the economy requires new and higher standards for the Party in terms of leadership style,governance ability,and self-development.How to strengthen the Party in the non-public economic organization becomes a new topic for consolidating our party's ruling position,improving the party's governing ability,and exerting the role of the Party.Based on case studies in Tianxin District of Changsha city,this thesis reports an in-depth research on the content and characteristicsof the Chinese communist Party's organizational development in the non-public economic organization.It analysed the current situation and unique features faced by the workers on the development of CCP in the urban non-public economic organizations.thesis discussed the current problems and their reasons to the CCP organisational development in non-public economy in Tianxin district,such as superficial understanding,organisational deficiency,and less apparent roles played by party members.By Applying modern management tools and innovative theory into the organizational development of CCP in today'surban Non-public enterprises,this thesis explored scientific management models to the Party's development,and proposed a series of measures and initiatives,these include:(1)by strengthening the direction and guidance,raise the awareness of business owners on the CCP organisation;(2)take "professional" management mode,give full play to the functions of Party organizations,and establish a system of CCP tutors in order to strengthen the management of the Party in non-public economy;(3)Through identity declaration by Party members,strengthen members' training,use a grid management mode for members management.Finally,as a case study and an example of applying the research into practical usage,this thesis introduced the "heart home" scheme for mobile Party members in PoZi Street,Tianxin District of Changsha City.This provides a useful reference for the scientific management and consolidation for the organizational development of the Party in urban non-public enterprise.
