The Research Of Smart Internet Management Mode Of Youth Civil Servants

As the backbone of the customs team,the customs young servants undertake the important duties of “supervision,taxation,investigation and statistics”,guarding the country's economic gates and maintaining a normal foreign trade order.However,the traditional top-down "pyramid" management mode,such as conducting training competitions,organizing internal conversations,and strict promotion provisions,cannot keep pace with the management of today's youth groups due to the one-way transmission of information which lack of interaction,communication,and feedback.Modern society has entered the era of smart internet.However,modern society has entered the era of smart internet.Smart internet is the driving force for better connection between society and media,furthermore,it is a further extension of Internet plus as well.In addition,the efficiency of intelligence and the speed of the intelligence flow determines the efficiency of material,knowledge,and information flow.With the application of smart internet,the government agencies could collect the psychological and behavioral information of the youth groups.Once the information was analyzed and summarized,the government agencies are able to adopt the Internet methods to lead and intervene the youth groups.In Zhengzhou Customs,the application of new media,training by part time professors,online learning platform and “e-classroom” are all the practice of the smart internet management mode by the youth officers.However,due to the incomprehensive thinking and understanding,imperfect platform system,insufficient policy implementation and other reasons,the platform and smart internet application has short comes such as lacking of organic integration and systematic management,meanwhile,they are all less feedback,and lack of stickiness by target groups.This paper attempts to construct a new information channel and an open pattern of the ecological circle,make full use of the virtual platform of the network and the advantages of its interconnection,and realize the sharing.Young servants can communicate with like-minded people by the platform at their spare time.Additionally,they can use the smart internet to obtain more useful information,completing the work at the meantime of learning,decision-making,feedback.Furthermore,they can expand the content of the smart interconnection management model,and then use the platform to coherently promote the communication,education,interaction,assessment and other aspects.By taking the advantages of online and offline to achieve full-scale cross-dynamic management of young servants.Increasing team openness,exploring internal resources while continuously introducing external resources,accelerating social,video,voice,cultural publications,and interaction,big data,and other platform,we can achieve information localization in the content planning,material production,information release,operation management and operating team,to form a competitive integrated management platform.Through the above optimizing methods of the smart internet management mode,the subjective initiative of the manager is enhanced,and the two-way selection and feedback between the supervisor and the target are enhanced,thereby improving the management efficiency of the young servants,making the team more stable and more efficient.
