Analysis Of Liao Junbo's Leadership In Zhenghe County's Poverty Alleviation

The research on the development of the county economic poverty alleviation has always aroused the thought of the academic circles.How to realize the local economic poverty reduction and development of the county as the main body has become the key link in the strategy of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and is one of the three major challenges facing the economic and social development of our country this year.Zhenghe County of Fujian Province used to be a poor county.The level of economic and social development belongs to the last place of Fujian province.In 2011,after Liao Junbo was the Secretary of the government and the county committee,in a short period of four years,a county that had the first provincial economy was the first to achieve rapid development and get rid of poverty.Guided by the theory of county governance and the scientific theory of leadership,this paper studies the policy measures and work style adopted by Liao Junbo in the process of county governance in Zhenghe County,relying on the unique leadership position of "first hand" in the government system of our country,and analyzes the leadership and leadership of Liao Junbo in this process.It has an important influence on the poverty alleviation in Zhenghe County,and summarizes the key role of leadership style and leadership in the development of county economy.Liao Junbo put forward the concept of "four big economies",adopted four sets of leading groups to bind operation,build the "three layout" of urban construction,promote the reform and innovation of mechanism system,build industrial park,promote the development of e-commerce industry,improve the mechanism of personnel training and use,so as to promote the coordinated development of the county economy.But the system measures can not be separated from the ground,Liao Junbo with the "all for the sake of the glory and dream of the dream" belief,to dare to take on,enterprising and solid spirit,to do the "leader" role,vigorously promote the development of various causes.It can be said that Liao Junbo's personal leadership and leadership style played an important role in promoting the policy of poverty alleviation.
