| At present,the education of home and school has become an effective way to improve the quality of Young Pioneers' organization education,and is also a topic of common concern in the Young Pioneers work reform.In order to promote the reform of the work of the Young Pioneers,improve the situation of closed space,expand the research horizons,and the Young Pioneers home-school education entered the research field.The study takes the Home-School-University Consortium of J Primary School as the research object,adopts the case study method,explores the embryonic stage of J School Home-School-University Consortium,summarizes the following achievements:Young Pioneers,families and universities educate the next generation by culture,curriculum,and activities;Young Pioneers organization was recognized by the school;the subjectivity of the children was definitely reflected and the sense of ownership increased.The study found the shortage:some tutors did not fully understand the concept of the child's subject and the working methods were incorrect,home-school education system wasn't specific,interaction with universities wasn't deep.Then,put forward some suggestions:strengthen the subjective concept of the counselor's children and guide children's independent practice,strengthen the association with universities and build a team of high-quality counselors,improve the system of home-school cooperation,standardize system,establish and improve the feedback mechanism of the "three-in-one" of the Young Pioneers,the family,and the universities.Finally,the research summarize:Young Pioneer Team is the core of the organization building;integration of educational resources is an effective way to promote Young Pioneers building;child autonomy is the key to rejuvenate of Young Pioneers. |
