Organizational identity is the embodiment of an organization's core soft power.Enhancing organizational identity can enhance the organization's cohesiveness and internal competitiveness.The organization identification of the Young Pioneers is a positive positive emotion and complex.It is the emotional starting point of the love team,the love group,the love party and the patriotism.It is not only the basis for the Young Pioneers to effectively carry out the ideological awareness education,but also to cultivate qualified Chinese society.The basic guarantee of the builders and successors.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the organization of the Young Pioneers in the new era.In view of the shortcomings of previous research,this research is based on the realistic basis of the team(school)team,using interviews,questionnaires and statistical analysis methods to explore the factors affecting the organization of young pioneers from the school level,and according to This specifically proposes countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the recognition of the Young Pioneers.Through the interviews and questionnaire surveys of the Young Pioneers counselors and the Young Pioneers,this study collected and analyzed the relevant data and reached the following conclusions: First,the overall organizational level of the Young Pioneers is higher.Second,individual differences in gender,grade,and employment have a significant impact on the organizational identity of Young Pioneers.Third,the Young Pioneers' organization has significant differences in the level of school development.Fourth,there are significant correlations between organizational identity variables and peer relationships,conflict,attachment,intimacy,and avoidance in teacher-student relationships,and they are basically moderately related.Fifth,there is a causal relationship between the organization level of the Young Pioneers and the level of each dimension and the individual differences of the Young Pioneers,peer relationships,and teacher-student relationships.Based on the above research results,this study starts from the three aspects of teacher-student relationship,peer relationship and young pioneer team culture,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the sense of identity of young pioneers.First,close the young pioneers and build a harmonious teacher-student relationship.Second,coordinate the relationship with the peers and create a friendly organization atmosphere.Third,focus on comprehensive edification and tap the unique culture of the Young Pioneers.
