Coordinated Development Of Urban Economy-Ecology-Public Service In China Section Of "Silk Road Economic Belt"

The factors of the complex system of economy,ecology and public service are mutually reinforcing and limiting,and it is an important way to promote the social progress and economic development of the region to realize the coordinated development of economic,ecological and public service.On the basis of previous research,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the comprehensive level,degree of coordination and coordinated development degree of the economic-ecology-public service system of the China section of the “Silk Road Economic Belt” 2005-2015 by establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system of the economic-ecology-public service in the region.This paper reveals the law of spatial and temporal evolution of the coordinated development of urban economy-ecology-public service of the "Silk Road economic belt" in China,analyzes its dynamic mechanism,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide theoretical basis and reference for the coordinated development of the three.This paper analyzes the law of coordinated development of urban economy-ecology-public service of the "Silk Road economic belt" in China,and draws the following conclusions:First,the economic has regional differences in China section urban of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",the Eastern cities have stronger economic strength than the Western cities.The differences of ecological environment space are obvious.The overall level of public service is high,but the development is uneven across regions,and the level of public service is gradually decreasing from East to West.Second,over time,the China's urban of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" economic-ecology-public service comprehensive development level first reduced and then increased,with significant fluctuations,the overall "V" trend.The overall urbandevelopment level of the “Silk Road Economic Belt” in China showed negative growth in2005-2010 and positive growth in 2010-2015.In space,the urban in China section of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" shows significant regional differences in the comprehensive development level of urban economic-ecology-public service,with some fluctuations in the overall urban development in 2010.The comprehensive development level is highest of cities in Jiangsu Province,while Henan and Shaanxi provinces are high,Anhui,Qinghai and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regions are low,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Gansu Province are lowest.Third,over time,the coordination degree of economy-ecology-public service increased gradually in the Chinese urban of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",fluctuations tend to smooth,and the trend of concentration is obvious.The coordination degree of economic-ecology-public service has improved steadily and continuously in the Chinese urban of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" from 2010 to 2015.In space,the coordination degree of economic-ecology-public service has improved overall and regional differences have gradually narrowed in the Chinese urban of the "Silk Road Economic Belt".Among them,the coordination degree of economy-ecology-public service is highest in Jiangsu and Anhui province,Henan and Shaanxi province higher coordination,Gansu province,Qinghai province and Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region lower coordination,Ningxia Hui autonomous region lower coordination.From 2005 to 2015,the urban of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" developed gradually from economic laggard to public service laggard and ecology laggard.Fourth,over time,the coordinated development degree of urban economic-ecology-public service fluctuates significantly and has wide regional differences in the Chinese urban of the "Silk Road Economic Belt".The coordinated development degree of economy-ecology-public service showed negative growth from2005 to 2010 in the Chinese urban of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",and the coordinated development degree realized positive growth from 2010 to 2015.In space,the coordinated development degree of economic-ecology-public service is concentrated and distributed in clusters in the Chinese urban of the "Silk Road Economic Belt".The first city has anobvious advantage,and the coordinated development degree of provincial capitals is higher than that of other cities.Among them,the coordinated development degree is highest in Jiangsu province,high in Henan and Shaanxi provinces,low in Anhui,Qinghai,Ningxia Hui and Xinjiang Uygur autonomous regions,and lowest in Gansu province.
