Study On The Supply Of Pension Services In H County,Inner Mongolia

With the development of society and the aging of our country gradually aggravated,pension service is particularly important,Practice fully proved that the provision of old-age services for each country to maintain social justice,enhance social convenience policy,promote social development Progress has produced a particularly significant effect.One of the natural laws that man is inevitably is aging,and "providing for the elderly" is the basic requirements of every member of society.The old age service has become the most important part of social security because of its profound influence and breadth.In this background,this article analyzes the literature on the supply of domestic and international pension services,full of inheriting predecessors,on the basis of research results,using literature research,questionnaire investigation and quantitative research,combining with relevant theories concerning the pension services including public goods theory,new public service theory and the guidance of the theory of welfare pluralism,pension services supply problem in the H city were studied.Through the research,it is found that the supply behavior of the elderly care service in H city of Inner Mongolia has four major problems: the content innovation of the elderly care service and insufficient local adaptability,the degree of diversification of the supply initiative,the lack of resources required by the service activities,and the public's understanding and evaluation of the elderly care service are not ideal.According to the above problem,this paper,based on corresponding theory and the present situation of H city social problems,mainly: the pension service supply and content innovation awareness and attention degree is not high,in the pension services multivariate supply mode of cognition and practice aspect is relatively weak,the inadequate endowment service policy and financial support,propaganda work was low.In question,is proposed on the basis of analyzing the causes of some optimization of Inner Mongolia advice: H city endowment service supply to rethink the direction of the endowment service supply content,first of all to strengthen itsown responsibility,strengthen the social demand,on the basis of the demand and characteristics of the service object oriented design differentiation endowment service content and mode;We will vigorously promote the development of the multi-supply model for elderly care services,build a multi-supply mechanism to generate power,gradually lower the market threshold,and simultaneously improve the supervision environment for multi-subject cooperation and collaboration.We will further strengthen policy support for old-age care services,focusing on policy optimization from three aspects: support for private institutions,construction of multi-supply collaborative platforms,and development of specialized personnel.We should strengthen policy publicity,increase the breadth and depth of conventional publicity,and make good use of public opinion tools to enhance the image of the government in elderly care services.
