Research On The Construction Of Pension Service System From The Perspective Of Supply Diversification

With the increasing proportion of the elderly population and the irreversibility,our country has stepped into the aging society on the whole,the traditional family as the core pension model is more and more difficult to meet the increasing demand for old-age services.Under the background of aging population,it is of great significance to explore a new way for the construction of old-age service system for the future economic development and social stability of our country.As a region with a high degree of aging in China,ningbo has a large elderly population with a high proportion.As the aging of the population continues to deepen,the number of elderly,empty nest and disabled elderly will also increase significantly.All these have given rise to the huge demand for elderly care services in ningbo.In addition to the basic life care services,the elderly also show strong demand for medical care,emotional comfort and social participation due to the relatively developed economy in ningbo.At the same time,although ningbo has made some explorations in the construction of the pension service system and made some achievements,it still has a long way to go to meet the increasing needs of the elderly.In this paper,the construction of the pension service system in ningbo city was selected as the research object,and the demand and supply of pension service in this area were investigated and studied comprehensively.Through the questionnaire survey of nearly 300 elderly people in 10 streets(towns)in ningbo city,the current situation of elderly people in ningbo city and their specific demand data for elderly services were obtained,and the demand for elderly services in ningbo city was analyzed and sorted out.In ningbo social services statistics annals of pension services and old-age work related data refer to extract the relevant data of ningbo endowment service supply,under the diversified supply perspective,through the analysis of different endowment service supply main body to provide services for the attendance of the overall level and the content of the endowment service supply.Then,combined with the data analysis of supply and demand,this paper points out that the contradiction between supplyand demand of pension service in ningbo is mainly reflected in the service institutions and facilities,service personnel and service projects,and summarizes the causes of these problems.Finally,according to the analysis of the above for ningbo endowment service system construction from the Angle of endowment service supply diversified construction was put forward to "emphasize the hub for the role of community endowment service system in the whole and identity status","emphasize to all kinds of endowment resources integration","emphasized the comprehensive pension service" as the basic characteristics of the "comprehensive hub for community endowment service system",It points out that the four core elements of the system construction are "community home care integrated service platform","unified elderly care needs assessment system","grassroots elderly medical and health service system" and "elderly cultural entertainment life service supply system",and puts forward specific measures for the construction of the system.
