With the continuous progress of the society and the rapid development of the economy,more and more migrant workers are working in cities and participating in the jobs of enterprises and construction industries in the context of the country's further promotion of urbanization.At present,China is in an important stage of industrial phase-out and economic transformation.Reform will inevitably aggravate social contradictions.Different types of labor disputes make the handling of labor disputes more complicated.With the changes in the times,the workers gradually became daring to fight for their legitimate rights and interests from the vulnerable groups that did not dare to speak.The awareness of legal consciousness and rights protection gradually increased.From the current point of view,labor disputes are increasing,and from the original individual labor disputes gradually developed into group labor disputes.Group labor disputes have a huge negative impact on social stability and economic development.How to deal with mass labor disputes is an urgent need for thinking and solving problems for enterprises,governments and relevant departments.As a national top 100 economic county,Nanchang County has obvious achievements in economic construction.However,group labor disputes have occurred from time to time.Group petitions,roadblocks,and banners have not only affected the normal operation of government functions,but also affected the harmony and stability of society,which has brought great negative impacts on the normal life of the people.Therefore,in order to better deal with mass labor disputes,it is necessary for the government to establish an emergency management mechanism for mass labor disputes.In this context,this paper is divided into five chapters to try to study and explore the emergency management of mass labor disputes in Nanchang County.The first chapter first shows the research background and significance of this paper.Then it introduces and analyzes the current situation of research at home and abroad,and then expounds the purpose,content and method of the research.The second chapter expounds the theory related to the emergency management of mass labor disputes,which involves the related theory of labor relations,conflict management theory and emergency management theory.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of mass labor disputes in China,and expounds its research value,characteristics and disposal methods.The fourth chapter takes the case of group labor disputes in Nanchang County as the research object,describes the process of the event,analyzes the internal causes and treatment methods and results,and summarizes the problems.The fifth chapter mainly elaborates how to construct the emergency management system of group labor disputes,through activity management and execution management to construct the emergency system,and gives the specific solutions and measures.
