The Study On The Investment Environment Of Vietnam

In recent years,Vietnam has become a hot spot of international investment and an important destination for China to implement the "going out" strategy.Vietnam has a good investment environment,such as good geographical location,abundant natural resources,low-cost labor resources,preferential foreign investment policy environment,etc.Among them,Vietnam has more advantages in soft environment such as policy and law.In recent years,Vietnam has introduced a large number of policies and laws to improve foreign investment,which has promoted the development of Vietnam’s investment environment to a considerable extent,which makes more foreign countries.Investors invest in Vietnam.Nevertheless,Vietnam’s investment legal environment still presents contradictory characteristics.On the one hand,Vietnam’s investment legal environment has good points,such as encouraging foreign investment by the state,preferential investment policies,simplified investment approval and procedures,etc.On the other hand,there are also investment risks,such as possible political risks,corruption risks,the risk of levying,the legal system and law enforcement and judicial need to be improved.Based on the analysis of the legal environment of Vietnam’s investment,this paper elaborates the advantages and risks of Vietnam’s investment in detail,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to avoid risks,hoping to provide reference for Chinese enterprises to implement the "going out" strategy,and also contribute a little to Vietnam’s legal research.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the concept of investment legal environment,expounds the significance of studying investment legal environment,and outlines Vietnam’s investment legal environment.The second part analyses Vietnam’s current investment legislation and investment environment,and summarizes its investment environment advantages and possible investment risks.The third part focuses on the judicial environment of investment in Vietnam,introduces the general situation of its judicial environment,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the judicial environment of investment in Vietnam.The fourth part studies the current investment law enforcement environment in Vietnam,and analyses the general situation of its law enforcement environment,as well as the advantages and risks of investment.The fifth part puts forward some concrete suggestions for overseas investors to invest in Vietnam through summarizing the above research in order to serve the legal practice and theoretical research of investment in Vietnam.
