Research On The Development Of Intellectual Property Service Industry In China

Intellectual property services is to provide related services for intellectual property rights of emerging service industry,our country since the mid-1980-s began to establish our country's intellectual property rights system,and closely related intellectual property rights in the service sector has been developed,gradually has its place in the national industrial economy.However,as a result of the services of intellectual property rights in China started much later than other advanced countries,the legal system is not perfect,the service system is not perfect,market demand is low,the social public to its cognitive biases,such as esteemed objective problems not well solved,and the excessive pursuit of the industry's development speed,ignoring the quality of its development and its development model from the objective reality of our country,has violated the rules of the development of service industry not only exposed many problems,but also greatly limits the service industry for the future development of the process of intellectual property rights in China,in this case,China urgently needs to build a high-quality and high-level intellectual property service system from the aspects of policies,laws,personnel training methods and public awareness.In this paper,the author firstly expounds and analyzes the basic theory of China's intellectual property rights and its service industry and the viewpoints of different scholars at home and abroad.Secondly,the author mainly introduces the basic content of the industry,classification and restriction factor of the development of the industry,the third,mainly by developed countries and domestic in different regions of the effective measures to promote intellectual property service industry development and to draw lessons from;Fourth,through the analysis of the current development situation of industry of our country intellectual property services specific data,display services,the number of the regional distribution of the industry,law enforcement data,in-depth analysis of the problems in the development of the industry in;Finally from the state policies,laws and regulations,public consciousness,personnel training mode,professional information services and the construction of large-scale comprehensiveprofessional services such as level put forward effective measures to promote the development of our country intellectual property services and conceptions,depicting the blueprint for the future development of the industry,to guarantee the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
