The coming of the Aging of Population in China is inevitable,which brings about the severe problem of the endowment,and the difficulties facing the aged in the rural areas are more prominent.It is the highest expectation of the elderly in the countryside to build a happy life for the aged in the countryside,and it it also the direction that the whole society needs to work together.This article takes A Country as a case to carry on the investigation and analysis,according to the local reality proposes the countermeasure,has the realistic significance to solve the village endowment problem of A Country.The significance of the research on the village endowment problem,the current research situation and the innovation attempt of the village endowment problem at home and abroad are the basis of the research on the village endowment problem.The main content of Marxist concept of happiness is the theoretical guidance of the research on the village endowment problem,which includes the unity of material and spiritual happiness,the unity of individual happiness and social happiness,the unity of labor creation and happy enjoyment and positive dedication are the ultimate destination of happiness.This paper puts forward a vision of the village elder's happiness for the endowment,that is,provide the elderly with maintenance,treatment,a sense of happiness,learning and a sense of worthiness.According to the current situation of the village endowment support in A Country.Through investigation and analysis,we can see that some achievements have been made in the village endowment care in A Country,mainly the establishment of the endowment care service system for the elderly,the expansion of the coverage of social security for the elderly with treatment,the diversification of the cultural and recreational activities of the elderly and the learning of the elderly.In spite of theseachievements,there are still some problems,which are manifested in the fact that the pressure on the family to provide for the aged is still high.The self-security measures of the elderly face difficulties and spiritual and cultural life still can not meet the current actual needs.This paper analyzes the existence of village endowment support in A Country from three aspects: the underdeveloped village endowment economy,the single way of providing for the aged,and the desalination of the concept of supporting parents under the filial piety culture.Reasons for the problem.Based on the main contents of Marxist concept of happiness,the prospect of realizing the rural happiness for the aged and the analysis of the present situation and reasons of village endowment support in A Country,the author puts forward the idea of creating rich material life and promoting the combination of medical and nursing.Attach importance to the spiritual and cultural construction of countermeasures to achieve a happy rural pension.
