The Research Of The Political Integration Of The Chinese Communist Party In The Perspective Of Political Party Governance

The ability of political integration is a measure of the level of governance of a ruling party.The modernization of political party governance depends on the political integration function of the ruling party.In our country,advancing the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity puts forward higher requirements for the political integration ability of the Communist Party of China,which is the ruling party.This paper uses political party governance as a perspective of researching political integration of the CPC.It divides the governance of the CPC into two parts: the inner-party governance and the non-party governance.Based on these,this paper proposes to make adaptive adjustments to the inner-party and the non-party political integration mechanism of the CPC,to raise the CPC's ability of politics integration in the new period and to modernize the governance system and governance capability of the country.A general overview of party governance and political integration: taking modernization of the party governance as a goal and political integration as a means of modernization of party governance as the starting point of theoretical logic,to research on the current status of political integration under the goal of governance modernization of the CPC.Since the establishment of the nation,the CPC has constantly improved its ability to integrate politicial integration and has achieved certain achievements in the process of governance modernization,has formed a mature and stable inner-party political integration and non-party political integration mechanisms,and has formed the party's ruling advantages and consolidated the party's ruling status in this process.However,the diversification of social values,the deepening of all-round reforms,and the political participation of more social forces led by the development of the Internet have brought challenges to the existing political integration mechanisms and have also profoundly affected the progress of the country's goal of modernization of governance.Therefore,in order to realize the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,based on the imperfections in the existing political integration mechanisms,the following aspects should be optimized: on the one hand,improving the inner-party governance through the adaptive adjustment of the inner-partypolitical integration mechanism,on the other hand,integrating the social resources to consolidate the achievements of the non-party governance.By these ways,the CPC is able to form political integration mechanisms that complement each other within and beyond the party,and to modernize the national governance system and governance capability.
