On The Integration Of The CPC From The Communist Party Of China In The Early Period Of The Founding Of New China From The Perspective Of "Political Party To The Countryside"

In the initial period of the People’s Republic of China, everything was waiting to be taken up. The development status of rural society, in particular, was considered not optimistic. From the point of view of “bringing the party to villages”, this article discusses and analyzes the integration of rural societies in Shuangliu, Sichuan Province, which is conducted by the Communist Party from the time period of the foundation of China to the completion of Socialist transformation.Under the leadership of the Communist Party, all levels of governments organized farmers to carry through the movement of reconstruction of rural areas, completed the integration of rural social societies, movements and thoughts, and finally achieved the goal of bring the political regime to the villages to put an end to the backwardness of the rural areas.This article has three chapters.:The first chapter illustrates the inevitability and the possibility of the movement conducted in ShuangliuCounty during the Foundation period of China. Staring from the development of Shuangliu’s rural society and the characteristics and historical responsibilities of the Communist Party, this chapter not only analyzes the inevitability of the movement of bringing the Party to villages commenced in Shuangliu, but also investigates the construction of Shuangliu’s rural grass-root party that happened before liberation. Only when those precious experience were learnt before Foundation period of China and the communist party of China became the ruling party,canthe movement of bringing party to villages commenced successfully in Shuangliu county.The Second chapter narrates the main missions involved in the movement of “bringing the Party to villages” that was conducted in ShuangliuCounty. The specific methods used in this movement are discussed in this second chapter, and the discussion includes the following three perspectives: the establishment of rural grassroots’ regime and the development of rural party organizations, the conduction of rural economic reform, and strive to develop rural culture construction.The third chapter discusses the effects of the movement of “bringing the party to villages” conducted in Shuangliu. This chapter concludes that bring the party to villages had generated huge influence on rural societies, this movement not only prompted the rural societies to integrate as a uniform organization, but also prompted the achievement of unified actions and ideology. Hence, the rural society has become a part of the State Regime’s effective governance.
