Research On The Political Attributes Of Intra-party Regulations

The inner-party laws and regulations are the institutional guarantee to ensure the long-term effective implementation of the great project of Party building,and the fundamental policy to promote the cause of strict party governance.The attribute of inner-party laws and regulations is a basic perspective to understand and grasp inner-party laws and regulations.The inner-party laws and regulations can provide strict and standardized system guarantee for the management and governance of the party,which is a set of inner-party rules with multiple attributes of politics,law and morality.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations from the perspective of political science,and to analyze the function and value of the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations.On the basis of combing the existing research results of the inner-party laws and regulations,this paper takes the inner-party laws and regulations as the breakthrough point,and focuses on the analysis of the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations,focusing on the theoretical connotation,basis,function,value and realization path of the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations.First of all,on the basis of grasping the connotation of inner-party laws and regulations and political attributes of inner-party laws and regulations,this paper attempts to analyze the relationship between inner-party laws and national laws,between Party governance and national governance,and between political attributes of inner-party laws and regulations and other attributes.The second part analyzes the basis of the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations.The theoretical basis of the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations mainly comes from the classic works of Marxism,and the background of the times is based on the analysis of many characteristics of the current governance.The third part expounds the function of the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations,including strengthening the function of ruling the party according to the rules,maintaining the purity of the party,strengthening the adaptability of the party and so on.The fourth part summarizes the theoretical value,institutional value,ethical value and era value of the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations.In the last part,based on the analysis of the current situation of the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations,we further try to explore the realization path of the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations from the following aspects: adhering to the Marxist belief as the foundation,adhering to the theoretical study as the basis,strengthening the system construction as the guarantee,and purifying the political ecology within the party as the goal.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has continuously improved the construction of the inner-party laws and regulations.Through the exertion of the political attribute and function of the inner-party laws and regulations,the party’s political construction has been further strengthened,the anti-corruption mechanism has been continuously consolidated,the style of work has been significantly improved,and the ideological understanding,work enthusiasm,and sense of responsibility of Party members and leading cadres have been enhanced,These changes have laid a solid foundation for the healthy and orderly development of China’s economy and society.This fully shows that the research on the political attribute of the inner-party laws and regulations has important theoretical value and practical significance.
