Study On Disclosure Of Financial Information In AnShan

Finance is the foundation and important pillar of National governance.The government's function of public administration can not be separated from financial support.With the deepening of reform,the awareness of citizen participation in state governance and supervision of power is also increasing.Publicity of government information,especially the key areas related to people's livelihood,such as financial information,has aroused wide public concern.Using theory of public finance,this paper analyzes the quality of public financial information in AnShan by using the methods of literature analysis,empirical analysis and comparative analysis on the basis of existing research results.By comparing the good practices of other cities in the financial information disclosure,it is found that the information disclosure in Anshan is not perfect,the scope is not complete,the time is not timely,the form is imperfect and the supervision and evaluation are not in place.The main reason for the problem is the lack of awareness of all interested parties,the legal system and operation system is not perfect,the supervision is not strong and so on.In order to improve the quality of financial information disclosure and make the finance system open and transparent,it is suggested that the government should raise the awareness of the law,perfect the legal system,improve the financial system and strengthen the supervision and evaluation.
