Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Social Organizations In Zhonglou District Of Changzhou City

Under the new normal of China's economic and social development,urban community social organizations have gradually presented a new development trend.In particular,community social organizations are playing an increasingly important role in providing public services,coordinating social relations,promoting economic development and maintaining social stability.However,at present,the role of community social organizations is increasingly limited,and even the development of some community social organizations is stagnant or backward.Based on the actual development of urban community social organizations in Zhonglou district of Changzhou city,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current development status of urban community social organizations through non-participatory observation method,in-depth structure interview method and questionnaire survey method.Combined with the case study of Hehuachi community,it finds that community social organizations are facing many difficulties.Through excavating the four aspects of government,society,community social organizations and benign interaction between the three,summed up the needs of urban community social organizations in Zhonglou District of Changzhou city in terms of capital,policy,talents,atmosphere and innovation,so as to find out the cultivation path of urban community social organizations.To promote the rapid development of urban community social organizations in Zhonglou district,it is necessary to expand the channels for the development of social organizations,improve the policy system,strengthen the training of talents,improve the participation of the whole society and the unified cognition of the public welfare concept,innovate development concepts and working methods.
