Since the reform and opening up,with our country's economic rapidly growing,industrialization promote the development of rural urbanization process,and community building is the inevitable trend of rural development.Community social organizations,as the micro-implementation of community construction,plays an important role in the management and service community.Therefore,it is of great strategic significance to explore the long-term mechanism of nurturing and developing social organizations in rural areas.This paper expounds the development course of social organizations in rural areas of China from the perspective of social work,and analyzes the two stages of nurturing and developing from the social organization of Yonglian Village in southern Jiangsu,and studies the development of community social organizations in Yonglian Village Experience and the difficulties faced in the development process and the way to solve the social work methods to explore the social work ideas and methods of rural community social organizations in the process of cultivation and development of the role,and further summed up the rural community social organization construction of long-term mechanism for Rural community social organization and healthy and healthy development of reference and reference,so as to promote China's future rural community construction.
