A Preliminary Study On The Cultivation Path Of Community Social Organizations From The Perspective Of Asset-based

Along with the development of market economy,the provider of public services gradually turned into a community by the unit,at the same time,along with the democratic political system constantly improved,democratic participation consciousness of the residents and the social sense of responsibility also unprecedented rise,people began to seek social participation in the community platform,the original system of social management of government-led began to shift towards a new social governance system.At the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),it was proposed to build a social governance pattern of "joint construction,co-governance and sharing".The government gradually shifted the focus of social governance to the grass-roots level.The governance effect and level of urban and rural communities are related to the harmony of communities and the overall pattern of social governance.As one of the focal points of community governance,community social organization is an important force of community governance at the grass-roots level,playing an important role in providing services for community residents and innovating community governance.However,for most communities,there are many problems such as insufficient service capacity of community social organizations,unclear roles of participants and limited development.This paper takes the cultivation process of silver "spirit" art association of Y community social organization in kunshan city as an example,obtains data by means of observation and interview,and analyzes the current situation and predicament of Y community social organization.Under the guidance of the asset-based community development model theory,the current situation and existing problems of community social organization development in community Y were firstly understood.Secondly,from an asset-based perspective,the paper proposes a corresponding cultivation strategy framework for the cultivation of silver "spirit" art association in community Y,and concludes a feasible path suitable for the cultivation of social organizations in community Y,so as to help them solve difficulties and achieve sustainable development.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,researchstatus at home and abroad and the definition of some relevant concepts,the elaboration of asset-based community development theory and the introduction of the research methods adopted by the author.The second part is the current situation and predicament of Y community social organization,and analyzes the causes of its predicament.The third part is the practical process of the cultivation of silver "ling" art association,that is,the cultivation of silver "ling" art association,a community social organization,from an asset-based perspective,the analysis of community assets from an asset-based perspective,and the planning of community elderly literature and art classroom projects.The author take mining community assets,driving asset linkage and association for the advancement of community art such as the form and development strategy,the personal assets,cultural assets,government organizations,assets,assets,geography and other type of community assets,building community elderly in the community culture exchange platform of life,the end of the community elderly recreational activities more scattered,organization and communication,to meet the community elders demand for diversity of community cultural activities,also to promote the development of community elders artistic direction of community assets and isolated from strangers to the familiar.The fourth part is the cultivation path of community social organization based on the practical process of the third part.The last part is the reflection.
