Study On The Management Of Prison Management Oriented By Civil Rights

In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of social economy and the progress of rule of law,people's awareness of law and rights protection has been constantly strengthened.However,in recent years,abnormal deaths,fraudulent incidents and prison breaks in some prisons have attracted great attention of public opinion.The attitude of a country towards criminals,especially prisoners,can best reflect the strength and civilization of a country's citizenship protection.The protection of prisoners' legitimate rights has become the focus of attention.Therefore,in the process of education and reform of prisoners,it is particularly important to give full play to the management concept of attaching importance to the legal rights and interests of prisoners and to strengthen the standardization of prisons.Starting from paying attention to the orientation of the legal rights and interests of prisoners,this paper,on the basis of investigation and research,combines the author's actual work situation and the actual management situation of a prison,discusses the current situation,existing problems and actual impact of prisons in China.The paper also explores how prisons should create conditions to protect the legal rights of prisoners,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the prison management system on the basis of paying attention to the orientation of the legal rights of prisoners.
