Study On The Management Of The Prisoners Who Have Been Released From Prison

To do a good job in the management of released prisoners is an important means to maintain social security and stability.In order to carry out the management of released prisoners smoothly,we must improve the management mechanism of released prisoners.Departments responsible for the management of released prisoners should coordinate with each other,cooperate with each other and form a joint force.Starting from the interests of released prisoners,they should co-ordinate the relevant management departments at the grass-roots level and firmly implement the management of released prisoners.At the same time,we should speed up the legislative process,improve various working systems,and provide clear guidance for the management of released prisoners.Departments at all levels should be consistent and supervise each other,so as to effectively improve the ability to control released prisoners.This paper takes A city as a typical example to study the management of released prisoners.This paper focuses on the feasibility of the government's project operation and purchasing behavior in the process of management in practice,and studies the main causes of problems in the management of A city from the aspects of legal protection,team building,working mechanism,working objects and working methods.Through the empirical study of A city,we can find out the factors affecting the management work by understanding the actual situation of A city's management work,and draw relevant conclusions,which include: innovating the management mode of society,integrating social resources,increasing the demand policy of released prisoners after serving their sentences,promoting the development of management work by improving the operation of the socialized project of government purchasing services,and promoting the released prisoners after serving their sentences.The timeliness of staff management can minimize and prevent recidivism.
