Study On Social Inclusion Of Released Prisoners In Lanzhou

The criminals released from prison after and there is a big social distance,the original social relations network in isolation and semi detached,but also facing the housing,work,marriage,family and other aspects of the pressure,which seriously hindered the process of social integration.Therefore,it is urgent to repair and establish the social network of the released prisoners and help them integrate into the society as soon as possible.This paper takes Lanzhou City emancipists as the research object,through the data statistics and investigation found that the main problem currently facing is emancipists and mutual exclusion between societies,hinder the establishment and participate in its social relations.It is because of social exclusion caused by social integration difficulties,leading to its not accepted by society,thereby inducing its re crime.The research shows that the solution of this problem needs to start with the social support system of the released prisoners.At present,the formal support of the released prisoners in our country is relatively weak,and the government has made some efforts in the construction of relevant institutions and organizations,but there is still a gap between the government and the actual needs.This study argues that the social inclusion of released prisoners is a complex systematic project,which requires the support and participation of the government,social organizations,the public,relatives and friends.How to solve this problem,based on extensive experience at home and abroad,put forward two ways:first,the establishment of social integration system and mechanism.Including standardizing and perfecting the resettlement system and legislation,and promote the innovation of the resettlement assistance mechanism,build emancipists skills training and employment platform;the two is the reconstruction of social support network.Including strengthening informal support,promote the interaction between release and placement assistance and education institutions have established,resettlement assistance agencies and emancipists convergence mechanism.
