Study On The Effectiveness Of Military Ceremony In The Ideological And Political Education Of PLA Army

Military rituals,with strong symbolic significance,can reflect thoughts and spirits.They play an irreplaceable role in identity recognition,spiritual motivation,concept inheritance,strengthening discipline and cohesion of military spirit in other education ways.At the same time,the reason why military ritual education is an important method of ideological and political education and can play the role of education is that military ritual makes up for the deficiency of ideological and political education that is prone to fall into empty preaching.Taking emotion as the breakthrough point and supplemented by the concept of aesthetic education,it improves the actual effect of military ideological and political education.In addition,it belongs to the form of implicit education,which emphasizes that officers and soldiers have unconscious experience and experience and accept imperceptible indirect education influence in the absence of external indoctrination,which is more conducive to the achievement of education goal and the internalization of education content.However,in the process of questionnaire survey,it was found that there were still some problems in the implementation of military rituals,such as neglect and dilution,lax organizational operation and control,and insufficient innovation.The reason lies in the disjointed implementation of the requirements of military ideological and political education,which is embodied in the following aspects: weak consciousness of following the principle of military ideological and political education,insufficient understanding of the function of ideological and political education of military rituals,and insufficient exploration of the connotation of specific rituals.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen the guidance of ideological and political education on military rituals,deeply explore the connotation of military rituals,and identify the target and enforcement point for the implementation of military rituals.In this way,internal and external resources of the army are fully mobilized to further enhance the education effect of military ceremonies.Finally,it is suggested to add the military academy graduation,military wedding,military civilian entry into the three forms of ceremony,enrich the content of our military ceremony,expand the coverage of the military ideological and political education.
