Evolution Process Of Mergencies In Network Space Based On Grounded Throry

The rapid development and wide application of the Internet not only changes the way and pattern of traditional media publishing,but also provides a new platform for public to participate in and discuss public emergencies.The evolution of public emergencies in network space is a double-edged sword.Positive guidance will be conducive to event handling,while negative control will lead to new social risks or public crises.However,it is still insufficient to identify the evolutionary path,dynamic and resistance factors of public emergencies in network space.Aiming at the problem of the dynamic evolution mechanism of public emergencies in the network space,this study analyzes the information data of the entire life cycle of public emergencies in the network space by using the grounded theory method,and constructs the dynamic evolution mechanism and dynamic evolution model of public emergencies in the network space.And through the establishment of stochastic Petri net simulation model,this study identifies the core influencing factors in each stage,and reveals the influence mechanism of each influencing factor in each stage of the dynamic evolution of the network space.Based on this,the following research results are obtained:(1)The basic elements of the evolution of public emergencies in network space are obtained.Based on the grounded theory,this study codifies and analyses the information of interaction rules among subjects and factors in the process of dynamic evolution step by step,and concludes the basic elements of the evolution of public emergencies in network space,which mainly include six elements:induced events,information dissemination,inappropriate event management,group cognition,group mood and event calming.(2)A new division of public emergencies in the evolution stage of network space is made.On the basis of previous scholars’ research,this study makes a grounded theory analysis of typical public emergencies,divides the dissemination of network public opinion into latent stage,induction stage,development stage,climax stage and calming stage from the perspective of evolution,and makes a concrete analysis of the characteristics and manifestations of each stage.(3)Using stochastic Petri net simulation modeling method,a stochastic Petri net model of the evolution process of public emergencies in the network space was built.In addition,the GSPN model of the evolution process of public emergencies in network space is simulated with MATLAB simulation platform,and the influence factors of public emergencies in the evolution process of network space are analyzed,and the mechanism of the influence factors is obtained.The main factors involved include the representative factors of events,the promotion factors of social platforms,the factors of emotional infection,the factors of rumors and incitement,and the factors of measures taken by the authorities.(4)In addition,combined with the above mentioned multiple influencing factors,the simulation results of public emergencies in the evolution process of network space were analyzed,and different countermeasures were proposed for different evolution stages,providing ideas and Suggestions for the governance and control of public emergencies.
