Research On Mutual Support Pension Of Time Bank

As China's population ages,the problem of raising old-age care in China is imminent.Due to the weakening of the functions of urban traditional family pensions and the lack of old-age care institutions,the traditional family pension model and institutional pension model can no longer meet the needs of China's old-age care.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to seek a new type of "time bank"mutual aid pension model based on the community in China,and this model has important practical significance and development prospects in China.This paper starts with the concept of "Time Bank" mutual assistance pension model and seven key elements,and briefly expounds the development status of foreign "time bank" mutual aid pension model in Japan,the United States and the United Kingdom,and draws lessons from it.Participation motivation,participation habits and behavior survey,volunteer participation motivation,service categories,participation channels and participation satisfaction,output survey of pension service savings mechanism,etc.,Guangzhou Yuexiu District Pension Service Savings Agency,Xiamen Canaan Residential Aged Care Center.The local security center conducts research to reveal the development status of the domestic "time bank"mutual assistance pension model,and conducts investigation and analysis on the status quo from different aspects:type of training project,currency exchange,source of finance,feedback mechanism and effective publicity.Based on this,it points out and analyzes the lack of policy guidance,lack of standardized management,difficulty in exchange,low quality of service,and unclear time and money quantification in the "time bank" mutual aid pension model,and then regress and optimize from the government responsibility.Management structure,standardized exchange mechanism,rational use of high technology,and emphasis on professional skills training,etc.,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the application of the "time bank" mutual assistance pension model to China.
