The Optimization Study Of Local Information Reporting System

In the present time of information explosion,scientific decision-making of the party and the government especially relied on effective information support.After 30 years of development,the party-government system in our country has formed a set of relatively complete information support system,which able to timely and accurately realize the collection of important information and submit.However,there are drawbacks influence the efficiency of the party and the government decision-making,such as uneven distribution of information collection,blind spot information,information resource waste,time effectiveness,low quality.Based on this,this paper will focus on the information submitted to the system with Chinese characteristics,using literature research,case study,empirical analysis and other research methods,carrying out in-depth research on local information reporting system,in order to explore the role of information reporting decision-making mechanism,which has important theoretical and practical significance.Referring to the existing research achievements at home and abroad.Firstly,this article clarifies the concepts such as information,information resources,party committee information,government information,administrative information mana:gement,information management system and mechanism.The paper teases out the historical evolution of the information reporting system of the national party committee and Shandong party committee information report work development course from the perspective of information asymmetry,bounded rationality,new public management.Secondly,taking the information reporting system of the party committee of Shandong province as an example,this paper analyzes the editing,selection,transmission,decision-making transformation and reporting incentive mechanism of the information reporting system of the party committee,and analyzes the existing problems and potential causes of the information reporting system of the party committee.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the information reporting system from the aspects of optimizing organizational structure,optimizing information network,optimizing human resources and optimizing institutional guarantee,in order to play full role of the local information reporting system.
