Research On The Party's Criticism And Self-criticism Style Construction In Yan'an Period

Yan'an period is an important turning point in leading the Chinese revolution and party building of the partial governance.During this period,the party faced internal and external troubles,the dogmatism and subjectivism prevailed within the party,which made the revolution and China actually derailed.In addition,it has been suppressed by domestic and foreign forces,the party's construction has been hit hard,made the Chinese Communist Party recognize the importance of ideological construction and style construction for party building and revolutionary struggle,and creatively practice Marxism-Leninism with the specific practice of the Chinese revolution.Taking the construction of criticism and self-criticism style in Yan'an period as the research object,this paper investigates the social root of the erroneous style.In the construction of criticism and self-criticism in Yan'an period,the purpose of correcting the wrong style within the party,easing the contradiction between party members,promoting unity within the party,and enhancing the cohesiveness of the Party was established;establishing openness,justice,democratic centralism,the principle of linking theory with practice;adhering to the principle of “remediation and treatment of diseases before and after punishment”,the formula of “unity-criticism-solidarity”,the convening of democratic life meetings and writing introspective notes.From a historical point of view,the significance of the construction of the style of criticism and self-criticism in Yan'an period not only enriches the theory of Marxist criticism and self-criticism,but also promotes the cultivation of Party spirit,inner-party democracy,and improves the relationship between the party and the masses.At the same time,combined with the new challenges faced by the Communist Party of China in the new era,we should tap the practical enlightenment of the current construction of criticism and self-criticism style.As one of the three excellent styles of the Communist Party of China,the style of criticism and self-criticism is a powerful to consolidate the ruling position of the Party in the new period.In the new era,our Party should continue to adhere to the fine tradition of criticism and self-criticism,attach importance to the construction of the Party's style of work,dare to criticize and self-criticize,better stabilize the Party's ruling position,enhance its ruling ability,develop democracy within the Party,and achieve the goal of closely linking the masses and improving the Party members' style of work.
