Study On The Educational Strategy Of Reforming Japanese War Criminals In 1950-1964

Education reform is the concept of general education,with certain particularities compared with the conventional education.On the one hand,this particularity is manifested in the educational objects.The object of education reform is criminals,which is a group that violates the law and undermines social morality.On the other hand,the particularity is manifested in educational place.The place of education reform is a prison where affiliated with the national political and legal system and managed criminals.Because of these two specialities,education reform is different from other education in terms of educational contents,educational methods,and educational purposes.Modern prisons aim to reform criminals and help criminals reintegrate into society,therefore,pay more attention to the role of education.Although the education reform of criminals involves a small scope,it must not be ignored.Fushun war criminals management center education reformed Japanese war criminals was a successful case of criminal education reform.In case of economic backwardness and unstable conditions in all aspects,the government of the newborn China has eliminated all difficulties and completed the education reform of Japanese war criminals,it has achieved great success finally.Japanese war criminals are the product of a specific historical period,and they are extremely stubborn criminals.Therefore,it more reflects the significance of education reform and the educational strategy adopted is worth studying.This study is based on it,from the perspective of education to find success of Fushun education reform of Japanese war criminals.I hope that through this study,it can provide reference for the current education reform of criminals.This study uses documentary analysis and fieldwork,through a large number of pictures and figures memories restored historical scenes,to enhance the authenticity of study.In terms of content,first is the introduction,which introduces the reasons for topics and study methods.The first chapter to the fifth chapter are the main contents of the research.The first chapter introduces the background of Fushun war criminals management center education reform of Japanese war criminals from three aspects.The second chapter summarizes the educational concept and specific policies.The third chapter mainly studies the educational contents and methods of reforming Japanese war criminals.The fourth chapter summarizes the educational effectiveness of reform-ing Japanese war criminals and analyzes the educational characteristics of reforming Japanese war criminals.The fifth chapter focuses on the impact of education reforming Japanese war criminals and the implications for today's criminal education.
