A Study On Public Opinion Governance An Empirical Analysis Based On The Influencing Factors Of The Public Opinion Tendency

The main problem of public opinion governance is the frequent public events,one of the important reasons of the public events breaking out in a short time is that public opinion tends to be homogeneous.With the broadening of the public opinion field,the Internet has become the most active public opinion field,it provides us a reference example for the governance of public opinion.Based on the "Internet users' Political Awareness Survey" database,this research focuses on public opinion,mainly discusses the subject of public opinion,it builds a three-dimensional analysis model in a gradual perspective to study the influencing factors of public opinion propensity.Firstly,the research formulates the subjective and objective influencing factors of public opinion and builds a three-dimensional analysis model;secondly,on the basis of knowing the main problems of public opinion governance,it sets the common factor through the principal component analysis to determine the public representative topics,and makes the hypothesis;finally,based on the result of correlation test and multiple regression analysis,the research determine to test the hypothesis,verify the validity of the model and analyze the tendency of public opinion and its influencing factors,as well as to provide a feasible way for the government to deal with the problem of public opinion.The research shows that the tendency of public opinion is significantly influenced by cognitive dimension,information-selection dimension,political affiliation,income,age,gender and education.Citizens' recognition of their own,social and national government's responsibilities affects their public opinion attitude.The way citizens receive information affects citizens' democratic attitudes and patriotic attitudes;and the citizens with higher education experience and higher income tend to participate in the discussion of economic and ecological public affairs.The research shows that if government wants to solve the problem of public opinion,it is supposed to pay more attention to citizen.The government should broaden the discourse space and make sure that citizen's right about expressing their opinion;maintain the relationship between media properly and make good use of media;focus on the multiple citizen group and meet the diverse needs of citizens.
