Research On The Negative Influence Of The Spread Of Contemporary Western Culture On The Chinese Youth And The Countermeasures

This study starts from an in-depth and systematic review and study of the negative attributes,essential characteristics,main modes of communication and social functions of contemporary western culture and sorts out the modes of communication of contemporary western culture that significantly influence the values of Chinese youth on the basis of this.Combining with the current situation of Chinese youth values,this paper comprehensively explores the negative impact of the spread of these Western cultures on young people in China,and analyzes and summarizes the reasons why the spread of Western culture can have a negative impact.Finally,the author puts forward the feasible countermeasures on how to strengthen self-construction,effectively resist the negative influence of western cultural communication,guide western culture to play its positive role and discard the dross,and help Chinese young people establish scientific values.In the first chapter,based on the summary and analysis of the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars on the dissemination of western culture,this paper scientifically defines the negative value orientation of western culture,and analyzes the reasons and social environment for the formation of negative value orientation by combining the characteristics and connotations of the development of western culture.In addition,this article enumerates the concrete manifestations of the negative value orientation of contemporary Western culture from six aspects which are hedonism,extreme individualism,neoliberalism,historical nihilism,practical vulgarization and contradictory values.Also,this paper elaborates on the negative phenomena caused by Western culture due to its capitalist cultural attributes,and clarifies the negative impacts that need to be paid attention to during the research process.In the second chapter,combined with the characteristics of the young audience,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main ways of the spread of western culture in China.Then this paper classifies and studies the main ways of the spread of western culture in China from six aspects: cultural products,Internet,living habits,religion,learning and communication,and enterprise activities.By analyzing the industrial scale,communication mode,actual influence and other aspects,this paper sorts out the current situation of Western cultural communication in China.By understanding the current state of the spread of Western culture in China,this may arouse people to pay attention to and reflect on the negative impacts that Western culture can bring in.The third chapter mainly analyzes the negative influence of the spread of western culture on Chinese youth and its reasons.First of all,combined with the negative value orientation of contemporary western culture,this paper systematically sorted out the negative impact of the spread of contemporary western culture on the youth of China through the analysis of the specific behavior of the current Chinese social youth.These negative effects are embodied in five aspects: "promoting the ethos of the supremacy of the enjoyment of Chinese youth and the lack of rationality;weakening the identification of Chinese youth with excellent traditional values;inducing Chinese youth to strengthen self-centered consciousness;leading to the vague understanding of the moral right and wrong of Chinese youth;and persuading them to accept the influence of religious concepts".Combining these problems and phenomena,the authors apply the Marxist dialectical thinking,from "part of the youth in China have been rocked and confused the ideal and faith,youth is easy to accept the cultural spread of entertainment-oriented,China's supervision to the cultural field in the open environment is not perfect,Western countries have the strategic motivation to ‘divide' and ‘westernize' China,the spread of western culture meets the cultural needs of Chinese youth” these five aspects,to analyze the reasons of the spread of western culture have a negative impact,which provides support for the research of countermeasures.Chapter four puts forward scientific countermeasures to eliminate the negative influence of the spread of contemporary western culture.Through systematic analysis of the status quo of domestic youth culture,and combined with the ideological characteristics of youth groups,this paper,from "strengthening the ideological construction of the Chinese youth,occupying cultural and ideological positions with advanced socialist culture,and effectively enhancing the cultural confidence of Chinese youth,cultivating the positive and healthy values of Chinese youth,and improving and strengthening the rule of law in youth culture” this five aspects,puts forward practical measures to cope with the negative impact of the spread of western culture,which provides reference for solving the problem of youth development,consolidating road confidence and better realizing socialist construction.In short,this study,taking the spread of contemporary Western culture as the starting point and combining the negative attributes of Western culture and the status quo and development direction of youth values in the period of social transformation in China,summarizes and abstracts the practical social problems that the spread of contemporary western culture has a negative impact on Chinese youth.This paper further analyzes the causes of the negative impacts,and finally puts forward the feasible countermeasures to deal with the problems and the resulting thinking brought by it.Therefore,the author sincerely hopes to take this opportunity to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the current construction in the field of youth culture in China,so as to help young people establish correct values and promote the healthy and all-round development of young people.
