In reeent years,with the deveopment of various policies such as institutional reform and opening up,the workload of H Office for Overseas Chinese Affairs has become more and more heavy,the task has become more and more severe,and the requirements for staff have become higher and higher How to mobilize the enthusiasm,subjeclive initiative and creativity of staff has become more and more important.H Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office has a wide range of business,there are built-in institutions and directly affiliated enterprises,so the staffing structure is complex.How to motivate different staffing staff,maximize the effect of motivation,and fully mobilize staffs work initiative has become an important measura of H Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office's talent leam building Taking the actual situation of H Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office an example,through questionnaire syrvey and face-to-face communication amoug all staff members of H Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office,this paper summarizes the existing problems and shortcomings in the personnel incentive of H Fuoreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office analyzes the reasons,and puts forward siggestions for oplimization in order to optimize the measures.The implementation is guaranteed in terms of ideology,system and evaluation and execution.The research on the incentive mechanism of H Office for overseas Chinese Affairs is still in the develeping stage.Based on the incentive theory.it brings inspiration to the research on the incentive mechanism of H Office for Overseas Chinese Affairs.It makes the next research and development of the incentive mechanism of H Office for Overseas Chinese Affairs based on the assessment orientation,summarizes its existing problems and solves its outstanding problems.Finally,effective management and control mechanism will be formed to realize the establishment of rules and regulations,which will theoretically motivate the staff of H Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office to sustain devcdopmeni for a long time in the future.We should actively oprtimize and improve the incentive assessment system,make a detailed and specific definition of the assessment process,formulate a sound human resources management system,and realize the process,standardization and standardization of performance evaluation and incentive methods.Through the research on the incentive evaluation system of H Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office,it is beneficial to cultivate the potential growth ability of the staff,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff,realize the long-term development of H Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office,and help departments and units to communicate information in the implementation of the strategy.
