Research On The Incentive System Of Human Resources Management In Our Country

Through our country institution human resources management research, the article analysed our country background of human resource management and the significance of the study, but also conducted a series of related researching for domestic and foreign human resources management. By influencing the employee's working attitude, incentive mechanism can improve their working enthusiasm of human resource management, however, the role of incentive mechanism has not been fully reflected in our country institution human resources management.Under the background of globalization, talent becomes the key factor to the success of the business unit management, the management of human resources has been the focus of the institution to manage, and the traditional management mode in our country has been difficult to adapt the fierce international competition.It plays an important role through analyzing the current situation of the management reform of the corresponding countermeasures to improve the comprehensive competitiveness.In this paper, a comprehensive system of human resource related problems are discussed, and the focus is researched around the incentive mechanism. And the research of incentive mechanism is analysed referring to the related literature at home and abroad and the information, and trying to build institutions in our country's current human resources system reform and putting forward some feasible constructive suggestions.At the same time,on the basis of combining foreign human resources management mode, the current situation of the enterprises in the management of human resources of our country are analyzed.And it has important strategic significance putting forward the measures to optimize the human resources management in our country, especially to improve the incentive mechanism, so as to realize our country institution human resources management incentive mechanism of sustainable development.
