Urban Community Groups Culture Ideological And Political Education Function And Implementation

With the continuous development of the urban community, the culture of the community has become more and more prosperous. Because of different age and working condition, each city community can be divided into different groups. These groups have gradually formed the culture of different groups in the concrete practice. Community culture plays a function of Ideological and political education, and actively explore the path to achieve its function, not only to promote community harmony, but also the basis for building a harmonious society. Based on the characteristics of urban community culture, this paper explores the ways to realize the ideological and political education function of urban community culture.The main body of the article is divided into three parts. In the first part, the two concepts of urban community and urban community culture are discussed respectively, and the characteristics of urban community culture are analyzed. The second part elaborates the function of Ideological and political education function of the cultural city community, analyzed from the guidance function, service function, standard function, educational function, regulation function, cohesive function and incentive function of seven aspects.
