Research On Governance Of Telecom Network Fraud

The Internet era has brought about the transformation of communication and communication technology.With the rapid development of Internet technology in China,the public has experienced the convenient and high quality service brought by the telecommunications network technology to life.But the cyberspace also gave birth to more forms of crime.All kinds of fraudulent criminals began to evolve more forms of fraud by means of the means of telecommunication networks,causing a large amount of property loss to the social masses and damaging the credibility of the social network.And because of the unsynchronized development of public governance policy and network environment in China,telecommunications network security governance has lagged behind for a long time.In recent years,the new network fraud case has become the focus of the public security organs,in public governance,the urgent need to introduce the corresponding laws and Countermeasures to deal with the emergence of such cases.In this context,the main forms and hazards of the current network fraud are summarized and analyzed.The situation and characteristics of the network fraud are extracted from the relevant statistical data.At the same time,the typical telecom network fraud cases are taken as the research object,and the serious reasons for the problem of the former network fraud are studied.Combined with the theory of economics and public management,we try to put forward feasible governance strategies to promote the orderly governance of China’s telecommunications network fraud.In view of the significance and value of this paper,the study combines the theory of cost and benefit,analyzes the root of the difficult governance of network fraud in the field of public management from a relatively new angle,and carries out the management of network fraud through the various interests of the social governance,and has a certain degree of theory and practice.Research innovation.First,this paper combines the theory of multiple governance and the theory of cost and benefit,and it can be more thorough for the analysis of the problem of CO governance of telecommunication network fraud by multi subjects.Secondly,this paper tries to put forward the strategy of continuous improvement of the results of the management of telecom network fraud by dynamic governance and static governance.The development direction of governance is specific and practical.
