Research On Prevention And Control Of Crimes Against Women’s Personal Rights

The law on the protection of the rights and interests of women in the People’s Republic of China stipulates that women have six legal rights and interests of political,cultural and educational,labor and social security,property,person and marriage and family.Personal rights are the most fundamental and important rights for women’s survival and development.The level of the protection of women’s rights is not only related to the survival and development of individuals,but also reflects the progress and civilization of a country and society.In recent years,however,violent crimes committed against women’s bodies have occurred repeatedly and have caused extremely bad effects in society.Women’s basic human rights have been trampled and national rule of law has been ignored.Therefore,in the background of the major cases of the violation of women’s personal rights in recent years,through the analysis of multiple case studies,the author sums up the present situation of the crime and the causes of the crime,and combines the related theories of crime prevention and control,and at the same time draws lessons from the experience of foreign aggression against women’s personal rights and crime prevention and control,so as to strike against women in our country.A scientific and long-term prevention and control mechanism is established for the crime of personal rights.This article is mainly discussed from five parts:The first part mainly introduces the general situation of crimes committed against women’s personal rights.First of all,the author lists the major cases of infringement of women’s personal rights in recent years,leads to the current background of crime prevention and control,and then ponders the significance of this topic,in order to lay the groundwork for the prevention and control of crimes against women’s personal rights.Secondly,through literature review,to understand the current research status of this subject,as well as academic views,as a reference for this study.Finally,this paper introduces the three research methods of literature research,case analysis,comparative study and the innovation of this writing,aiming to make the readers understand the creative method and process of this paper at a glance.The second part is to analyze the characteristics,status quo and causes of crimes against women’s personal rights.Summing up the characteristics of criminal acts as the basis forprevention and control measures,analysis of the status quo of such crimes for the following reasons for analysis and Countermeasures to lay the groundwork.From the women themselves,family,social environment and prevention and control mechanism of four aspects of the reasons,combined with crime prevention and control theory,decomposition and use,find out the crux of the problem,so as to lay the foundation for the next formulation of prevention and control measures.The third part introduces the experience of preventing and controlling the crime of extraterritorial violation of women’s rights.The three countries in the United States,the United Kingdom,Japan,and the prevention and control of crime prevention and control,as well as the gain and loss of prevention and control are enumerated respectively.At the end of this paper,we have summed up the reference significance of the prevention and control experience of the three countries to our country.The fourth part is the focus of this paper.Based on the above four parts of research and analysis,formulate our country’s countermeasures and measures to prevent and control the crime of infringing upon women’s personal rights.First of all,from the legislative improvement,to formulate a complete system of legal system,so that there are laws and regulations.Secondly,combined with the victims themselves,families,schools,women’s federations and public power to intervene in common prevention and control,relying on police law enforcement,fair judicature and government support,to build a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional crime prevention and control system.
