Research On Grass-root-Party Organization In Urban Communities

Community party organization is an important part of Party building,and also a grass-roots organization of the party.With the progress of China's economic system reform and the improvement of the socialist market economic system,many social functions are allocated to the community."Community party building" was put forward at the end of 1990s,a lot of research has been done in academic circles,It has formed fruitful research results.Scholars have paid close attention to Party building in communities,not only because it is an urgent practical subject,It is a theoretical question worth further exploring.This paper focuses on the problems and the way to realize the work of Party building in urban communities,Comprehensive use of administrative management,community party building and other aspects of the theory first,comb the theory,Take Qiaodong District,Xingtai City,Hebei Province as an example,from the static and dynamic aspects of Xingtai local government on the establishment and improvement of community party building and related issues are analyzed.This paper selects the effect of large party committee mechanism which is being carried out in the community party building in Qiaodong District of Xingtai City,after sorting out the whole process of policy implementation,some problems exposed in the process of dynamic development of Party building in Qiaodong District of Xingtai City are finally concluded.In recent years,for example,in the mechanism of the Party committees,whether the role and status of Party building have been strengthened in community work,whether the ideological awareness of community cadres and the relationship between the Party and the masses have been strengthened through various activities,and whether the abilities and consciousness of Party members and cadres have been improved have been raised.These are also the problems that most local governments are developing.The challenges faced by community party building will be faced.In view of these problems,this article through in-depth visits to individual cases,combined with questionnaires,discussions,expert visits and other methods,starting from the prominent problems in the work of community party building at this stage,through the implementation of the Qiaodong District Party Committee since tracking the results,found the basic path.and experience method to solve some problems.That is,the implementation of the community Party committee system,to encourage community autonomy,while combining the methods of government management to promote community work.
