The family is the cell of society and the window between the youth and the society.The goodness of family education for juvenile community inmates directly affects the corrective effect.In the practice exploration of the past 15 years,community correction social work has achieved good results,but there is still a big gap in the high level of education correction.Especially in the youth community correction work,the lack of excavation of fanily education power is difficult to correct.Guarantee.Therefore,the aiticle starts from the family education of juvenile community inmates and finds that:The family education types of adolescent community prisoners mainly include four types:"flattening wrong" love type,"authoritarian being held in home" love type,"passively involved" indulgent type,"accordion" indulgent type.The family education problems of these four types of juvenile community inmates are mainly reflected in the five dimensions of family education subject,concept,time,method and content.The relationship between these five dimensions is "one body of four sides" based on the responsibility of family education body.Therefore,be divided into two categories according to whether the family education subject assumes responsibility,and the subject does not(less)type problem or the subject does type problem,the imperfect legal policies and the decline of family stickiness under social transformation are important reasons for the family education problem of the subject does not(less).The insufficiency of legal policies and the conflict between efficiency and quality during the transition period,the weak support of the family education of the prisoners in the youth community,and the lack of energy within the family are important reasons for the problems of the subject does type.Based on these,the author proposes the improvement of advocacy policy and law from the perspective of community correction social workers to ensure the responsibility of family education subjects,and assists in strengthening community education,school education and online education to strengthen the family education ability of juvenile coununity inmates through link resources.Directly intervene in the family education of juvenile community inmates and promote the quality of family education for juvenile community inmates.
