The crime problems of the juveniles have been increasingly been the hot point the society pays attention to.At the same time,the juveniles'committing crimes have had serious influence on their development,family and even the social stability.There are many reasons,which have influenced the juveniles'committing crimes.Among them,the juveniles'irrational cognition,the inharmonious family relationship,lacking the knowledge about the law,etc.have had large influences.Currently,there are many ways to deal with the juveniles'crime behaviors and prevention methods,like the laws'restriction,the family members'blame.Besides,people also adopt more extreme methods to prevent the juveniles' criminal behaviors,like grounding and stick parenting,which are more harmful to the mind and body of the juveniles.Therefore,the juveniles'crimes not only need attention,but also need proper solutions and prevention.Considering from the juveniles'own point of views,the main reason that they make crimes is that they do not have complete cognition on the matters.Their moral level is lower.And during the process of forming the moral ideas,the twisted phenomena happen.Seen from the features of the juveniles' crimes,many of them have such problems,like poor moral ideas,not strong self-judgment;have no aspirations,spiritual emptiness,etc.Therefore,for many times,they are easily affected by the environment.They do not have high discrimination awareness.Especially that they are easily controlled by some negative opinions and wrong moral thought logistics.During the process of their development,there are many reasons,which can lead to the juveniles'various aspects.Among them,the family,schools and social factor are one of the important factors.All of these have direct role on forming the juveniles' life value,world view and values,as well as the future development.This article starts from the treatment mode,chooses the rectification personnel from the Juveniles' community belonging to the judicial department in the C Town in Y City,which is a county-level city.Study the reasons of rectification personnel's making crimes through the research on individual cases,so as to investigate their life status and family relations.The investigation finds that the juveniles,who live in the environment with bad parenthood and inharmonious family relations,have more serious cognition problems.In the end,the essay discusses how to improve parenthood,so as to change the juveniles' correct way of poor acknowledgement.
