Study On The Problem Of Family Participation In The Correction Of Juvenile Offenders

Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous deepening of social transformation,the external environment for the growth of minors is changing,and the environment of growth is more complex.Many "left behind children","two generations of officials","two generations" and "two generations of migrant workers" are affected by negative or negative effects on their psychology and physiology.It is difficult for children to adapt themselves to the crime.During the period of imprisonment,the juvenile delinquents yearn for affection and consolation from the family,and the juvenile delinquents also have great hopes for the assistance and cooperation of the underage families.However,in the current juvenile delinquents' management and education practice,the special psychological needs of the minor offenders are not fully taken into account,and the technical discipline is overly advocated.The main energy is to catch the production and deviate from the direction of the education and correction of the criminals.In the course of the implementation of education correction,the family participation in the correction of the minor offenders is faced with many societies.Support is not enough.The way to realize family function of juvenile delinquents is full of frustrations,and effective correction of corrective influence is not ideal.How to effectively improve the juvenile family education influence,it is worthy of serious study.This article first expounds the necessity and feasibility of the family participation in the correction of the juvenile prisoners,and holds that the family is indispensable and irreplaceable in the correction of the juvenile prisoners.Secondly,taking the juvenile delinquents in Jiangsu as an example,the current family participation in the practice of imprisonment correction is combed and analyzed,and the existing problems are summarized.The main problems are: lack of knowledge,lack of system,single form,lack of ability and inability to guarantee.At the end of this paper,suggestions are put forward to improve the family participation in the correction of juvenile imprisonment.The government should lead the establishment of a pro vocational education system and organize the implementation.The juvenile delinquents should expand the space as a space,innovate the traditional form of visitation and education,and build a family centered guardianship responsibility system;the social parties should join forces.The family and the guardians of the minor offenders should carry out the responsibility of helping and teaching earnestly,strengthen the judicial intervention and improve the legislation;the society,especially the government,should continue to strengthen the support and establish the social support mechanism for the correction of the minor offenders by the family,thus promoting the improvement of the correction quality of the minor offenders.
